The new manufacturing base of beijing dongtian auto parts co., ltd. in Jintai development zone of Baoding city, 

hebei construction progressing is smoothly.

The base total area of 3.6 Acres,14,386 SM , 154,849 SQ Feet, the first phase of construction (No. 1 and No. 2 workshop) will be completed and put into production at the end of June 2021, the second phase is scheduled to complete the construction in December 2021. After the completion of the new base, our design production capacity reaches 250,000 sets of automotive alternators and 350,000 sets of automotive starters.

The construction of the new base will introduce the concept of green production, energy saving and emission reduction, and realize intelligent、green and innovative manufacturing. In the aspect of intelligent manufacturing, we are using complete automation line to realized production management throughout the whole process.

The new information system will help us to greatly shortened delivery time and improvement the response ability of the production line. In terms of green manufacturing, we will implement from the aspects of plant, equip and process to saving energy and emission reduction measures.In the innovative manufacturing, we will introduction of advanced technology and new processes to achieve a significant improvement product quality, performance and reduce costs.
